NATIONAL Aluminum Industries’ extrusion facility was established in 2013 with a focus on manufacturing and distributing a comprehensive range of aluminum sections for commercial, residential, and industrial purposes. Our facility is equipped with complete facilities including a Billet Furnace, Extrusion Presses, Design Shop, Tool Room, Surface Finishing, Powder Coating Room and Fabrication. Our unit designs provide a
complete solution to the needs of Architects, Builders, and Consultants for High-Class aluminum with wide range of Solar Structures, Doors, Windows, Partitions,Industrial Profiles, and structural glazing.
NATIONAL Aluminum Industries uses high-quality billet made of alloy 6O63.Our billets are produced in-house to ensure high productivity on our presses, flexibility in mechanical properties (special alloy), and better quality control. Before casting, the molten metal is treated to ensure it is clean and free of excessive hydrogen contamination. NATIONAL Aluminum Industries is committed to providing solutions to the aluminum extrusion market and meeting the constantly evolving demands of customers.
